1. Purpose and operator

AXINVOR Visibility is a GEO–SEO visibility audit and support tool offered by AXINVOR S.A., Geneva, Switzerland. Contact: contact@axinvor.com.

These rules govern use of the application and its reports. They are not a quotation or a subscription entered into by visiting the website. The scope, price, duration and commercial terms of a service are set out in the accepted offer or applicable contract. Agreed specific terms prevail in the event of a conflict, subject to mandatory law.

2. Authorised websites and access

You must be authorised to entrust the relevant websites and data and hold the necessary rights to content you provide. You select the collection scope and connected properties. You must not provide third-party confidential information or personal data unnecessary for the audit.

Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster access is requested on a read-only basis. Authorising an analytics connector does not authorise changes to your website, publication of content or spending with an AI provider. These actions require a specific mandate and scope.

Keep credentials secret, limit permissions and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. Never use the tool to bypass authentication, a technical restriction or third-party rights.

3. Features and availability

Usable features are those actually enabled for the engagement: public-page collection, evidence retention, technical and editorial findings, reports and authorised connectors. A feature described as planned or an unconnected provider does not constitute an available measurement.

Collection follows the configured scope, checked access rules and technical budgets. Results also depend on website responses, quotas and third-party services. Continuity depends on the chosen installation; this page gives no commitment to permanent availability.

4. Interpreting results

An audit is a dated observation. “Not measured”, an inaccessible source or an absent connector must not be interpreted as a zero or favourable result. Analyses and suggestions require verification appropriate to your context before use.

AXINVOR Visibility does not guarantee indexing, a search ranking, citation by ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity or another system, traffic, revenue or a deadline for results. These decisions and responses depend on third parties and change over time. A change observed after an update does not, by itself, establish causation.

AI-assisted proposals may contain errors. You must check facts, sources, rights and claims before publication. The tool does not replace appropriate legal, financial or professional advice.

5. Prohibited uses

Unauthorised access, unlawful extraction of data, collection of secrets, interference with third-party systems, unlawful content and infringement of intellectual property or personal data rights are prohibited.

The tool must not be used to fabricate evidence, reviews or quotations, make misleading claims, impersonate others, distribute spam or conceal the commercial origin of content. Search visibility activities must comply with the rules applicable to the relevant platforms.

6. Content, reports and confidentiality

You retain the rights you hold in content entrusted to us. Providing it permits processing only within the agreed engagement. Rights in reports and deliverables are specified in the contract; inclusion of third-party content in a report does not transfer any rights to that content.

The software, brand and website elements remain protected by their owners’ rights. Reports may contain non-public data: share them only with authorised persons. The privacy policy describes processing and how to exercise your rights.

7. Stopping operations, disconnection and liability

You can request that collection stop or a service be disconnected by writing to contact@axinvor.com, and revoke authorisations with the relevant provider. Commercial consequences of stopping depend on the contract. Stopping new reads does not automatically erase previous evidence and reports.

Unauthorised use, a security risk or a breach of these rules may lead to suspension of the affected operations and notification of the engagement contact. Consequences of unavailability or error are assessed under the contract and applicable law. Nothing on this page excludes liability or a right that the law does not permit to be waived.

8. Changes and complaints

The published version shows its update date. A change to this page does not retroactively amend an accepted contract. Questions or complaints can be sent to contact@axinvor.com to seek an amicable resolution, without limiting remedies available by law.
